An adverse event (or side effect) is any unwanted medical occurrence in a patient who has been given a pharmaceutical product. This can be any unfavourable and unintended sign, symptom, or disease associated with the use of the product. Adverse events should be reported.

If you experience a side effect that causes you concern,  you should seek medical advice from your healthcare professional immediately.

To report a suspected adverse event (side effect) to one of our products, you can send email to safety@sciecure.co.uk or complete our online report form(on the right) or contact us via telephone on 01483 923111.

To report a suspected adverse event, please provide us with:

• Your name and title
• Your address
• Your telephone number
• Product name
• Strength (i.e. 10mg, 20mg etc)
• Batch number
• PL Number
• Expiry date 
• Detail of Adverse event
